Cancellation Policy

Please contact The Post and Rail as soon as possible at thepostandrail.compton@gmail.com for any changes to your booking.

A minimum of 14-days’ notice is require for any CANCELLATION.  Funds will only be refunded in this circumstance. 

A ONCE-OFF TRANSFER will be issued if you are unable to attend a class a class (eg are unwell), provided a minimum of 48 hours’ notice has been given prior to the scheduled class.

No credit/transfer will be issued if a cancellation is provided less than 48 hours’ notice of a scheduled class.  You may, however, arrange for another to attend in your place.  Please advise The Post and Rail via email if you have transferred your booking to another. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

In the event that The Post and Rail cancels a class, a full refund of the purchase price will be provided via EFT within 48 hours.  The Post and Rail takes no liability for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the customer.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates can be purchased online and can be issued for any amount.  A digital copy of the Certificate will then be emailed to a nominated email address where it can be downloaded and/or printed.  The Gift Certificate can be redeemed on The Post and Rail website to purchase class tickets and merchandise using their unique redemption code.  Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be used to purchase Gift Certificates.

You are permitted to download the printable recipes and watch the videos within the eCourse, but this licence is personal to you, non-exclusive and non-transferrable.

You may reproduce and store portions of the booklet content for your personal use. Full-scale reproduction of the contents of the booklet or video content is expressly prohibited.

You may not make or distribute unauthorised copies of the recipe booklet or videos, or use, copy, modify, or transfer the content, in whole or in part, unless you receive our express permission.

The Post and Rail Nursery

Refund Policy

The Post and Rail Nursery guarantees that the plants you receive are shipped as healthy plants. No refunds for live plants once order is placed. When you place an order, you agree with all policies.

If you have a problem with your order, we require an email with pictures within 24 hours of delivery.  We are not responsible for plants that have not been unpacked immediately upon arrival or plants that have not been properly cared for once in your care. 

If your package arrives damaged by the carrier, it is your responsibility to immediately contact the carrier and The Post and Rail Nursery to report the damages.  The Post and Rail Nursery requires pictures of the damage to be included in your email.

Due to the nature of our business, no returns are accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.  All communication MUST BE received within 24 hours upon the delivery of your order.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, no returns are accepted.

Claim Responses
We will notify you once we’ve received your email with the pictures of the areas of concern, and we will advise you on what the next course of action will be.
