The Secret of Sauces – Wednesday 16 Oct

In this 4 hour class we learn to master some great sauces that will elevate your cooking skills to the next level. Everything is best made from scratch and sauces are no different. Learn the Worcestershire Sauce that will provide that special something something to your dishes.
Learn the Aioli, that can turn into Tartare and Ranch with ease. We will make a Thai Chicken Curry Paste from scratch. How about a Capsicum and Chilli Jam?
Then, so that we don’t forget the sweets, we will master a Salted Caramel Sauce which we will turn into a Salted Caramel, Peanut Fudge Slice with Dark Chocolate Ganache. We enjoy the fruits of our labour over lunch plus that dessert.
Class stars at 10am – 2 pm. We start the day getting caffeinated and enjoying some Home Made Devonshire Scones.
