The Christmas Feast & Baking

Want to learn some unique and delicious ways to create a memorable Christmas? In this 4 hour, hands on class, we learn how to make Individual Turkey En Crout. A delicious show stopper, make in advance and bake on the day. Stuffed Turkey breast, with Brie and Cranberry Confit, Wrapped in Golden Flaky Puff Pastry. We serve it with an Heirloom Tomato Gratin with Basil and Pine nut Crumble Topping.
We also make Soft and Chewy Salted Caramels, and assemble Cookies in a Jar to give as a gift.
For dessert we upgrade the Christmas Pudding and make a version of it called Fig and Ginger Puddings, made in a jar in the fowlers kit, they store for months and we’ll make them and make the most delicious Brandy Crème Anglaise to accompany it.
Class starts at 10am with Devonshire Scones and Tea or Coffee and ends at 2pm with the above feast.
