Preserving for Beginners

If you’ve ever though about preserving and thought it was too hard or too time consuming, then you are going to love this class. I’ve been preserving for years and have found all the short cuts and simple steps to make preserving a part of your lifestyle without it taking over! I take you through 4 different methods and how they can be used for different types of produce. You get all the notes emailed to you as well so you have something to refer to later.
In this 4 hour class we use 4 different preserving methods. We make a Jam with Seasonal Fruit. We make Beetroot and Balsamic Chutney, Lemon Squash and we Preserve Fruit in a Jar.
We start the day getting caffeinated and enjoying Devonshire Scones. We end the day with a Ploughman’s Lunch, enjoying the preserves that we’ve made.
