If you’re new to Preserving or want to learn how to take your Preserving up a notch, then this class is for you. We make some extraordinary preserves like Apple & Champagne Paste, Caramelised Balsamic Vinegar, Home made Worcestershire Sauce, Dark Chocolate Coated Oranges and Roasted Capsicum & Chilli Jam.
With these preserves under your belt, your cooking and gift giving will never be the same. This is a 4 hour, hands on course is designed to have you confidently making these gourmet preserves. We start the day getting caffeinated and enjoying Home made Devonshire Scones and we end the day enjoying our Preserves on a Ploughman’s Platter.
