Making Fresh Pasta & Gnocchi from scratch is so scrumptious and is simple and fun to do.
Join me in this 4 hour class where we make 4 different pasta dishes and also a dessert pasta.
Smoked Salmon & Dill Ravioli with Creamy Lemon Sauce.
Beetroot Tagliatelle with Walnut, Marinated Fetta, Mint and Burnished Mushroom.
Spaghetti Carbonara the traditional way (no cream, but super creamy)
Baked Gnocchi from Naples with Bocconcini and Home made Pesto.
Dessert Ravioli. Crumbed Ricotta Ravioli, dusted in Cinnamon Sugar and Served with Apple Compote.
About The Post & Rail:
The Post and Rail is a Cooking & Gardening School located at 7 Bill James Court Compton, on a 5 picturesque acre property. In a normal home kitchen designed to provide a relaxed and sociable, learning experience. Please allow 10 mins travelling from the centre of Mount Gambier.
We pride ourselves on our professionalism, warmth, spirit of fun and love of cooking, especially the eating of delicious food with friends old and new after each class.
Every guest in our kitchen receives a warm welcome, Devonshire Scones just out of the oven, Tea or proper Coffee and their own apron to wear for the duration of the class, equipment, and ingredients to create the dishes learnt in class.
