Master the Art of Fresh Cheeses

If you’ve ever wondered how to make Fresh Cheese then this is a fun way of learning to.  In this 4 hour, hands on class, we make Ricotta, Mozarella, Cream Cheese, Butter and delicious Labneh.  We make them all from scratch and then prepare ourselves a delicious lunch, turning the Home made Butter into Butter Puff Pastry, then making Spinach and Ricotta Sausage Rolls.  We make Cowboy Butter, Caprese Salad with the fresh Mozarella, and enjoy our freshly made Butter on just baked Sour Dough.  For Dessert we turn the Cream Cheese into Lemon Curd Cheesecake with Crumble Topping.

We start the day getting caffeinated and enjoying Home made Devonshire Scones.  What better way to expand your Cheese making skills?  You also get all the notes emailed to you so that you have a reference of the day.

10am – 2pm 23rd November  $90 per head.
